New build problems - community version

I decided that with so many changes having been made, it was worthwhile for me to try and install the community version.

I made a fresh install of Ubuntu, got OpenCL running and followed the instructions on https://github.com/ny4qphil/PhantomSDR-Plus/blob/main/INSTALL.md

I built the binary automatically with no apparent errors, restarted the terminal, and went on working down the page to the next stage, to create and edit site_information.json.

I understand that this needs to be done before I compile the Frontend, but the Frontend directory doesn't seem to exist, so I'm not able to create site_information.json

What step have I missed ?
