New version of PhantomSDR+ v.1.6.5

Precise frequency control clicking into the waterfall.
Frequency indicator into the waterfall
Better Noise Gate presets
4 GUI layout can be selected by clicking a popup float menu.

install.sh has been changed and the whole installing procedure is much easier. Please read me the README.MD file.
