Free Dynamic DNS account for life....

Hi all,

If you are on a dynamic-IP or you want a URL as backup, there is a free service for life!
I yself use it for years now and it's perfect.

Was a bit of fiddling with the Fritzbox but it can update it, no sweat.

The DNS-server in question: https://www.duckdns.org/

And yes it forwards EVERYTHING to your IP that is being called, no restrictions.

I use to use it for mail-servers to, but thanks to spammers it became impossible as you can't set a PTR.

However, it works, changes fast.

As you know my websdr runs at http://websdr.heppen.be (an a lot more too)....but also here http://heppen.duckdns.org/

No need to pay for such a service when you can get it for free....and yes, the same dude's as from DuckDuck etc.
