my PhantomSDR Plus is not working anymore - c'ant find bootloader - I did a new installation but still does not work :-(

Did you change the bootsystem from/to UEFI to OLD or vise versa? Then Grub won't work.

Check your BIOS for activated bootsystem.

Often gets you by suprise

Also, when it's set to UEFA, your harddisk must have a FAT UEFI partition, if you don't have it, UEFI mode will not start.

Ok, had the same problem....check lsusb see if the RX888 is still seen, I had the same issue just now, needed to reconnect the RX888.

Thanks BAS - Gianni helped me - Problem solved - the RX888 was not recogniced by the PC - Hard boot PC - solved :-)

Well this isn't good if it's gone from the USB-port, this happened to me too and a few days later it died.

Did your RX888 had the thermal-mod? If no, stop using it and modify it first....else it WILL die soon.

OK, I can't proof it, because my RX888 is at the remote site at 1'660m. But I will decrease die speed from 60 Mbit/s to 58 Mbit/s. I was using first my RX888 always with 58 Mbit/s and never had issues that time.

I installed today a large CPU heatsink on my RX888 at home and am now running it for a few days with sps 60000000. Let's see if it crashes.

Strange, I can not upload pictures !!!  The JPEG File is only 22 kBytes in size. Error message: Server responded with 500 code 0.3 MB

Stupid shoutbox prevented the upload of attachments....how silly is that?

I have remove the shout for now until I find one that doesn't hinder attachments.
