PhantomSDR v.1.6.2 with C-QUAM Stereo AM support

This is a test release of v.1.6.2 with C-QUAM Stereo AM support.
When Opus is used, the quality of sound is much better, because Opus uses 16bit, instead of Flac 8bit. But Opus is rather harder to work with older computers, so I've left it to work in Flac.
When everything seems to be fine, then the newer version will be released.
